At Digital First Media, Ann and I collaborated on rolling out an updated email newsletter process and getting our Tout video product deployed on 80+ websites across the US. Ann took the time not only to listen to the business requirements but how/why they were important to our strategic plans. This resulted in an implementation that met both short and long term goals. Moreover, she had my back — she was never shy about pointing out where I might have missed something or not been aware of technical plans she and other DFM developers were making/developing. Finally, when things get stressful (as they inevitably do), Ann kept things light and positive, focusing on deliverable solutions.
